CLIENT: HBO MAX - The Sex Lives of College Girls Television Show
OVERVIEW: HBO Max created a comedy-drama television show called The Sex Lives of College Girls. I was hired to create the identity of a campus bookstore that lives in a fictitious world on the television show.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The design needed to evoke a classic Ivy League feel, with a rustic touch to align with the store’s name and identity. I created a logo featuring a barn symbol that balanced traditional academic aesthetics with a hint of rural charm, grounding the space in authenticity. This rustic logo mark, paired with classic typography, reinforced a scholarly yet approachable atmosphere, capturing the store’s dual focus on campus textbooks and its role as a community hub for progressive events.
